Office Administrator - part time,
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of very fast growing company. This is a new role following a reorgansiation. As is often the case in small companies we need someone who is adaptable and can turn their hand to almost anything with a real "can do" attitude. We're hoping to find the right person to grow with us and become truly part of the team for the long term.
Initial interviews will be by phone, 2nd interviews will be at our offices in Ellington.
Excellent phone manner
Comfortable with rapid change and evolving processes
Self starter, task focused with exceptional organisation skills
Personable:- able to talk to anyone
Comfortable with MS Office packages especially Word, Outlook & Excel
Able to pick up new software quickly (training given)
Self reliant as may be on your own in the office for long periods
Problem solver - able to think on your own feet in a new situation
Training will be given both in terms of specific software and processes.
